A powerful, balanced and chocolatey coffee with a slightly dark roasted character. The blend of beans in Organic Brew varies with the season, but always has a full-bodied character and usually comes from Central or South America and Brazil or Sumatra.
The coffee is filter ground and 110 grams is adapted to be brewed in a brewer of the type Coffee Queen, Bonamat, Bunn, Marco etc. (1.8-2.o liters per brew)

ROAST PROFILE FOR EKO ORGANIC BREW
To bring out the powerful yet smooth character of Organic Brew, we have given the coffee a light dark roast profile. When the coffee is roasted a little darker, the acidity in the coffee is reduced and instead the powerful and bittersweet flavors of the beans are developed
