Daily Brew has a soft and balanced character with a nice fullness. As a basis, we always use coffee beans from two farms in Brazil, which we season with beans from other parts of the world to bring out the notes of roasted almonds and hazelnuts. THE ROASTING PROFILE ON THE DAILY BREW
The chocolate and caramel character of the Daily Brew is enhanced by how the coffee is roasted - towards the end of the roasting process, the sugar in the coffee is caramelized gently and many of the unique flavors from the coffee beans origin appear.
