Free shipping over SEK 350 with PostNord in Sweden. For Swedish customers, our coffee is delivered directly to your mailbox when ordering up to five bags, or 1.25 kg of coffee. Otherwise, the delivery takes place to an agent or parcel box of your choice.
Free shipping on orders over 850 SEK. We offer shipping within the EU and to Norway via DHL, Fedex, UPS, and PostNord.
NOTE Norway: Norway is not part of the EU customs and VAT union. Norwegian VAT and any applicable customs duties may apply upon delivery and are payable by you as the recipient. This is not included in the price shown at checkout.
NOTE: Order up to 1.75 kg of coffee/tea. We offer trackable shipping to most countries outside the EU and the Nordics. We charge a shipping fee of 250 SEK for international delivery. Order up to 7 bags of coffee or 1.75 kg. If you have special delivery instructions or requests, please leave a note before checkout. NOTE: Import VAT and any applicable customs duties may apply upon delivery outside the EU. This is the recipient's responsibility and is not included in the price shown at checkout.
When your order is packed and leaves our warehouse, the delivery responsibility passes to the delivery provider, which handles your order within the set time for the chosen shipping method. Gringo Nordic can not provide a late guarantee for goods that are not in stock when ordering or for goods that have left our warehouse. This means that the total delivery time before the product reaches you can be longer than what is stated as normal for the chosen shipping method.
* We reserve the right to deviate from delivery times. If your delivery address is in a rural area or an island without a bridge connection, the delivery time may be extended.
Notified consignment must be picked up within 7 days from the chosen agent. Uncollected shipments are returned to Gringo Nordic. If you wish to have the product sent to you again, a shipping cost will be added. If you want to cancel your order, we charge a fee of SEK 100 for shipping + return shipping and administration costs and return the remaining amount in the same way as you paid.
