40% dark chocolate with 70% cocoa: cocoa nibs*, sugar* (France), cocoa butter*.
32% dates.
27% roasted almonds.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE COCOA USED BY BIVOUAC:
The cocoa used by Bivouac comes from northern Colombia, in the César region, where the indigenous Arhuaco people cultivate cocoa using traditional methods in the Sierra Nevada mountain range.
Traditional methods involve cultivation without pesticides or chemical additives. The cocoa is also certified organic. Since the cocoa tree is a forest tree, it is important to us that cultivation takes place within agroforestry, which contributes to preserving biodiversity in agricultural areas.
Bivouac has chosen this cocoa not only for its sustainable origin, but also for its exceptional taste.
From the port of Santa Marta in Colombia, it is transported by sailing ship to Le Havre in France – under the label Fresh Cacao Clean Ocean, which guarantees an environmentally friendly and responsible mode of transport.
