RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN
As a customer, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to LODA - The Act on Distance Contracts and Contracts Outside Business Premises. The right of withdrawal begins to run from the day you received the item. The product needs to be returned in an unchanged condition for you as a customer to receive a full credit.

To return an order:
– Send us an email at hej@gringonordic.se and include
– Order number (can be found in your order confirmation, on the delivery note or on the invoice)
– Your name and contact information
– Quantity and name of the products desired returned

Gringo Nordic confirms that the return is allowed and sends a return slip. The customer is responsible for handing in the goods to the nearest agent without undue delay, but no later than within 14 days. It is important that the products are packaged in such a way that they are protected during transport. We recommend that you pack your return in the same way as when the products were delivered to you. In the event that you have packaged or packaged products in a substandard manner and the product is damaged during transport to Gringo Nordic, you as a customer are also responsible for the damage.

Refund
Har du en obetald faktura för din order är det viktigt att du själv flyttar fram förfallodatum. Detta görs enklast via Klarnas App. När vi har mottagit din retur och kontrollerat varorna återbetalar vi snarast hela köpesumman inklusive eventuell fraktkostnad (dock ej returfrakt), senast inom 30 dagar. Återbetalning sker med samma betalningsmedel som du använt i den mån det är möjligt. I de fall beställning gjorts mot faktura som ännu ej är betalt, kommer fakturan att makuleras. Om du återlämnar färre produkter än vad beställningen omfattar, återbetalas endast värdet för de produkter som har returnerats.

7 dagars bytesrätt
You have the right to change product for 7 days from the time the product is delivered to you. When exchanging, you get the value of the products you return. Costs that you had for shipping or other service performed are not reimbursed in connection with the right of exchange.

Skulle värdet på de produkter som du beställt överstiga ditt tillgodohavande ska du betala mellanskillnaden till Gringo Nordic. I det fall värdet på de produkter som återköps understiger värdet på de produkter som beställs i samband med byte, erbjuds du andra varor av likvärdigt värde. Eventuell returfrakt bekostas av kunden. Vid reklamationer står Gringo Nordic för returfrakten. Vi har förmånliga fraktavtal och kan erbjuda subventionerad frakt om ni kontaktar oss före retur av varor.

RECLAIM
If you have received a defective item, please contact us immediately at hej@gringonordic.se

The right of complaint also covers errors that have occurred during transport. Describe the error in as much detail as possible. If we can not solve the problem, you will ofcourse get a new one.

In the event of a dispute, we follow Allmänna reklamationsnämndens recommendations. Errors that have occurred due to damage caused by the customer are not counted as original errors.
