ORDER
Ordering is done on gringonordic.se. If you have questions about how to order, you are welcome to call our customer service on 031-12 08 80 or by emailing hej@gringonordic.se. Genomförd beställning innebär att du godkänner våra köpvillkor och samtycker till att vi sparar dina personuppgifter (se längre ner). Avtal om köp sker när vi bekräftat beställningen och skickat en orderbekräftelse till den mailadress du angivit.
We reserve the right to correct orders if delivery for any reason can not be made, and if you have placed more orders, we reserve the right to merge your orders and deliver them in one package. If for any reason we at Gringo Nordic are not able to deliver your order, we will contact you immediately. Should this occur, we will offer you a new solution provided this is possible.
If for any reason you would like to change or cancel your order, we want you to contact us immediately on 031-12 08 or by emailing hej@gringonordic.se Change of order or cancellation of order must be notified to Gringo Nordic before order is packed.
Gringo Nordic reserves the right to terminate the agreement in the event that the customer has acted in bad faith due to errors that the customer knew or should have realized, such as incorrect information about price or quantity on the website. In the event that the cancellation reservation is enforced, the customer is not entitled to damages or other compensation from Gringo Nordic.
PRICE AND PRODUCTINFORMATION
All prices are stated in Swedish kronor including VAT. Any shipping cost will be added, depending on which shipping option you choose.
Any offers and promotions that are marketed apply as far as the stock lasts unless no other conditions are reported in connection with the offer.
Gringo Nordic reserves the right to make errors in price and product information or otherwise on the website. In the event of any errors, we reserve the right to correct this afterwards. We reserve the right to make price adjustments, final sales, stock differences, technical problems, changes in technical specifications and any typographical errors on our site or in our advertisements.
Samtliga produkter på hemsidan är främst anpassade för den svenska marknaden. Det innebär bland annat att produkterna uppfyller svenska miljökrav och säkerhetsföreskrifter. Normalt medföljer bruksanvisning på svenska om det krävs för användning av produkt. Eventuella tekniska specifikationer, särskilda krav på tillbehörsutrustning samt information om begränsningar och plomberingar framgår på respektive produktsida i den mån det är nödvändigt.

Card payment via Stripe
Secure card payment with VISA and MasterCard, Maestro and American Express. There are no extra credit card fees for you as a customer when you pay by card on gringonordic.se.
Credit card payment is Handled by Stripe and are certified and encrypted with AES-256. Stripe uses 3D Secure when the issuing bank requires it for a transaction to be approved correctly.
3D Secure is an additional security warehouse for credit and debit card transactions online. It adds an online payment authentication step by redirecting the user to the card issuer's domain and then back to the online store's domain to complete the payment.
Get first, then pay with Klarna
Invoice
Betalning mot Klarna faktura med 14 dagars betaltid. Ingen fakturaavgift tillkommer. Fakturan skickas i samband med att ordern skickas från vårt lager. Faktureringsadressen behöver vara registrerad på dig, det vill säga din folkbordförda adress.
Vid försenad betalning tillkommer påminnelseavgift 60 kr samt dröjsmålsränta per dag. Den ligger på 24% plus gällande referensränta. Vid utebliven betalning går ärendet vidare till någon av Klarnas inkassobolag och lagstadgade inkassoavgifter tillkommer.
Partial payment
You can pay part of your invoice via Klarna account. Pay in installments from 1/24 of the order amount, however at least SEK 50 per month. You can pay off the entire remaining debt at any time. This will automatically close your account with Klarna. Full terms can be found at Klarna.
Klarna Direct
Med Klarna Direkt betalar du enkelt direkt i kassan med mobilt bank-ID. Pengarna dras 1-2 dagar efter att vi skickat dina varor. Aktivera tjänsten genom att logga in hos klarna.se och registrera ditt konto.
Credit testing and personal data management at Klarna
Klarna Checkout presenterar viss information för dig så snart du är identifierad. När en kreditupplysning tas, verifieras din identitet med hjälp av de uppgifter du har lämnat med syfte att utvärdera din kreditvänlighet.
