We have an extra special relationship with Nyamurinda and the people behind it, it's a special story. Even before we started Gringo, Johan, Pernilla and Petter (3\/4 of the Ekfeldt family)\u00a0went to Rwanda and met Francine and Immaculate\u00a0and their families, who run the washing station (it's called that in Rwanda, families from the hills around come there with their coffee harvest to then have the beans processed there). The sisters were the only two out of eight siblings who survived the genocide in Rwanda. They are very devoted to their work and the coffee they produce. Beside coffee, they also run a school.<\/p>\n

Systrarna st\u00f6djer aktivt kvinnliga familjeodlare i regionen och har \u00e4ven sett till att alla viktiga positioner p\u00e5 tv\u00e4ttstationen innehas av kvinnor. Kaffet \u00e4r inte ekologiskt certifierat, men allt kaffe t\u00e4ckodlas och varken konstg\u00f6dsel eller pesticider anv\u00e4nds, s\u00e5 per definition v\u00e5gar vi s\u00e4ga att detta \u00e4r ett ekologiskt odlat kaffe.<\/p>\n
